We offer discounted return labels for returns.

For non-EU countries, we can take care of import duties (customs duties and taxes) at reduced rates on request.

For our customers outside the EU, we offer the option of paying import duties (taxes, customs duties) directly through us for CHF 39. This option will be displayed in the checkout.
